Service lines
Engineering services for Texas property and construction
Nine service lines, each ending in a document somebody relies on: a lender, an insurer, a building official, or a court. Every deliverable is reviewed and sealed by a Texas licensed Professional Engineer in responsible charge.

The service lines
Nine documents, one standard behind each
Each line ends in something a lender, an insurer, a building official, or a court has to accept. They differ in what they examine. They do not differ in how the work is carried out.

How the work is produced
The same process behind every one of them
The service lines differ in what they examine and what they produce. The way the work is carried out does not change between them.
Step 1 of 4
Scope agreed in writing
What is being examined, what will be produced, and what the deliverable will and will not address. Scope disagreements after the fact are almost always scope that was never written down.
Step 2 of 4
Field work to a protocol
A technician certified on the written protocol for that service collects the same evidence in the same order, with photographs keyed to locations rather than gathered loose.
Step 3 of 4
Engineering review
A licensed Texas Professional Engineer reviews the record, forms the opinion, and takes responsible charge of it. Field work gathers evidence. It does not reach conclusions.
Step 4 of 4
Sealed and delivered
The document is sealed and delivered as a PDF formatted for whoever has to accept it, whether that is a plans examiner, an underwriter, or a loan file.

Tell us what the letter is for and we will tell you yes or no
Send the address, what the document is for, and the date it has to be in hand. Some jobs this firm cannot take, and you will hear that in the first conversation rather than after you have paid and waited.
